Sukho Cuisine offer four classes daily. Choices from carving, lunch cooking, dinner cooking and dinner cooking plus fresh market tour for ingredient learning. We start from early morning for caving and end at late evening for Thai cooking.

logo Carving Fruit & Vegetable Program

Fruits and Vegetables Carving is a significant part of Thai culture heritage. Our Carving technique dates back to the 14th centuries in Thailand during Sukhothai dynasty. The annual Loi Krathong Festival occurs each November where Thai people floats lamps and lantern down a river to honor the water spirits. This Legend has been pass down on us and know Chef Teoi will pass this technique and mastery to you!!! We will teach you the arts and mastery of carving equipment and basic fruits and vegetables carving. If you already have a fundamental level of carving knowledge, please let us know. Our chef "Teoi" will teach you the next level of engagement through carving mastery. You will be able to make your class looks luxurious by applying a little bit of carving decorations on your plate.

This class start everyday at 8:00am and spending 3 hours.

logo Lunch & Dinner Cooking Program

Lunch Cooking Class

Lunch Program start 11.00 am.- 2.30 pm. This class teaching about how to cook 3 types of Thai food, In each day with different menus. Learning about how different between food from different region, how to choose the best ingredients and benefit of many types of herbs. 3 dishes of Thai Appetizer, Thai soup and main course.

Dinner Cooking Class

Dinner Program start 4.00 pm.- 9.00 pm. This class introduction to spices, herbs, steamed rice and teaching about how to cook 3 types of Thai food, In each day with different menus. Learning about how different between food from different region, how to choose the best ingredients and benefit of many types of herbs. 4 dishes of Thai Appetizer, Thai soup, 2 main course and make Thai curry paste.

Market tour Cooking Dinner Program start 4.00 pm. - 9.00 pm. This class will bring participants participants to the market tour for introduction to spices, herbs, steamed rice take some ingredients and come back to cook 3 types of Thai food, In each day with different menus. Learning about how different between food from different region, how to choose the best ingredients and benefit of many types of herbs. 4 dishes of Thai Appetizer, Thai soup, 2 main course and make Thai curry paste.
